Good service from the pick up staff and great service from Customer Services when sorting out my refund for a double booking.

We were delayed. Called to notify and received a very rude and unhelpful service by the woman at the other end of the phone. Was told would be charged £10. When I questioned this it was raised to £25. Woman kept talking over me so I ended call. She called me back to tell me I was rude and that she didn’t have to take any ‘shit’ from me. In the end our flight was only 1 hour late and we were not charged. The drivers were friendly and polite.

We had to wait 30 minutes for the driver to pick up our car. Despite the fact, that we called them on time about our airport arrival.
Hi, on drop off, we arrived late, so I acknowledge the drop off needed to be replanned. We were at the airport about 5 mins ahead of the agent, so were calling to find out where they were. We were unable to speak with the office however as the number kept ringing out. It would be helpful to have someone answer the phone, even just to let us know the agent was on their way.
