Good service from the pick up staff and great service from Customer Services when sorting out my refund for a double booking.
On arrival the booking reference did not work so I was told to input my car registration. Then the self service machine was asking for an extra day payment when the dates were correct on my booking confirmation. A staff member had to book us in on the computer manually to avoid the unexplained extra charge. We were delayed. Called to notify and received a very rude and unhelpful service by the woman at the other end of the phone. Was told would be charged £10. When I questioned this it was raised to £25. Woman kept talking over me so I ended call. She called me back to tell me I was rude and that she didn’t have to take any ‘shit’ from me. In the end our flight was only 1 hour late and we were not charged. The drivers were friendly and polite.

We had to wait 30 minutes for the driver to pick up our car. Despite the fact, that we called them on time about our airport arrival.
Hi, on drop off, we arrived late, so I acknowledge the drop off needed to be replanned. We were at the airport about 5 mins ahead of the agent, so were calling to find out where they were. We were unable to speak with the office however as the number kept ringing out. It would be helpful to have someone answer the phone, even just to let us know the agent was on their way. Great service. Made our trip so much easier - the car was collected as soon as we arrived at the terminal on the way out, and was dropped off barely a minute after we got to the meeting point on the way back. Will definitely use again.
My instructions sent me to the wrong level in the short term car park. The message on the phone confused me so I thought I didn't need to phone you.
I was happy with the park and ride service that was punctual on departure and arrival.
What I was NOT happy with was that the car had done 30 miles during my 8 day absence and the dash cam was disconnected and left in the footwell. I have now lost all confidence in their service and cannot recommend them.
Great service very convenient
Everything was fine upon arrival, on return I was asked to get cash out to pay for the drop off fee which was £4. And then once I collected my car the driver told me I needed to pay £8 to get out of the car park in which he drove into , to drop my car off. Absolutely disgusted at the service. And had to fork out an extra £12 on top of my parking. Won’t be using this service again.
The service was gd but on arrival the whole side of passenger side of car was thick with mud all way up both doors which was wondering how this has happened very disappointed in this never noticed till lady left as she couldn't get away quick enough x

Left waiting for 45 mins on arrival and collected in an area clearly marked ‘no pick up’ wouldn’t use again.
The cameras were not working at all and put me under pressure for my flight as took 19 mins to just get in the car park.
No issues at all, ideally situated car park, transfer was without problems and a very short wait for bus on return journey.

I woudl always use this service it is so convenient and far better than waitinng on the roadside for drop off and collection
Had penalty fine as paperwork showed park1 should be other. after showing booking fine resened.
Instructions say to call once you have luggage reclaimed, but call whilst waiting for your bags otherwise you'll have a 25min wait for your car, which if you're booking for speed of exit and entry then you could get to the long stay parking area in less time. Good service other than the slow drop off.

We are unhappy that both the drop off and collection points were different from those specified on the paperwork and that the collection driver was not liveried in your uniform. Also that we had to wait 25 minutes on collection which is longer than other meet and greet services we have used but our biggest issue is the drop off points where there were signs indicating £40 fines. Should we get these, we will be raising a complaint.
On our return the car park didn't know we were returning, couldn't find our keys and had poor communication with each other. Doesn't instil faith in using the company again.
The gentleman driving the return shuttle was rude to ourselves and other passengers.
You should not ask for flight details if you don’t use this to check flight arrivals and adjust pickup time accordingly. I added 1 hr buffer to my pickup time in case flight was delayed but was told you don’t check flight details and only pick up at time requested by customer. Next time should I just enter the exact flight arrival time? Trust if flight is delayed I won’t get charged extra ? ik just annoyed as had to wait for 50 mins for the return of my car for trying to do the right thing
Being honest, I was worried about certain reviews, but the arrival process was 4.5 stars (the guy just looked away when i arrived; delay 2 minutes tops. On collection, we waited maybe 10 minutes, but I've waited a lot longer with companies charging double. People are getting sceptical about reviews, but being a customer that tried to cancel my booking because of them, I'm glad I didn't as this company provided a great service.
I was a bit concerned when I arrived that the person who asked for my keys had no id or uniform and was sitting in his own car. He seemed surprised that I expected id and did bring up my booking on his phone, which re-assured me. Return experience was OK. Car hadn't been moved.

While not strictly a 'problem' for me, it would be wise to have been asked for ID when returning to pick up my car. All in all a great service. Fast and good value (even with the cost of the car parking in and out on top of the actual service cost). would recommend.

The signs on approach to East Midlands Airport to parking areas is quite small and initially missed it and then drove around for approx. 20 minutes! Once we found the right road and got to the entrance of the car park - we had to wait a really long time because a vehicle was at the barrier for almost 15 minutes before it lifted and let other cars through. We were so delayed that we didn't have time for breakfast at the airport. Disappointing.

Could Chang en problem but we did not get an email to say the facility had moved so we got the instructions from the email and went to the old facility ( again husband laughed as as roadworks meant we were late . Drop off was fine but I don't want to be waiting 25 minutes when I return to collect.
Drop off was great - handy, convenient and quick. Collection on return not as good - called number as advised, when we had collected our bags but had to wait 10 mins for car to arrive. We stood in the car park with our bags - no member of staff approached us to ask if we needed assistance. When my husband queried where the car was, he was spoken to quite abruptly. I understand that August is a busy time but courtesy would be appreciated after a long flight through the night.

You are supposed to monitor our flight and arrange for our car to he available immediately on our return instead we has to wait about 30 to 40mins for our car to be brought to the airport thus was not good service
Was sent directions to old parking site, resulting in extra 5 mile drive and unnecessary delay in parking.

Have always used this service very often in the last few years but this time was probably the worst one: upon return the staff delivery the car just said: sign here, key is in the car. And walked off, whilst watching me and my young daughter fighting to load our 3 large suitcases into the car without offering any help at all. It’s not included in the service but a little help could make a huge difference especially when I actually prepare a 10 pound note in my pocket as previously the staff alwa

A great service, polite staff, car was even washed by them before my return. I would use them again but inspite of them dropping me at my desired terminal, they don't pick up from the same terminal (T4 LHR). This was my only gripe.

I found the service invaluable at a reasonable price, would definitely use again. When calling the main number though, I never got through but was called back immediately with instructions to proceed. I think the possibility to add instructions for the car operations (I had a special problem with my fuses) should be made possible.
Would prefer to pay a little more and do drop off / collection in car park.
